115學年度第1學期選課作業即將開始，為協助同學順利完成選課，請務必留意以下重要時程及規定，以保障自身修課權益。

📌 一、預排功課表開放
開放時間：7月15日起
提醒事項：
－ 預排功課表僅供課程安排參考，不代表完成登記或已成功選課。
－ 請同學提早規劃課程安排，避免後續衝堂或超修情形。

📌 二、第一階段選課（登記制）
【學士班三、四、五年級、延肄生】
登記時間：7月22日（09:00－23:59）

【學士班二年級、研究所】
登記時間：7月23日（09:00－23:59）

提醒事項：
✔ 登記時間先後不影響篩選結果
✔ 同一篩選順位採亂數方式篩選
✔ 已登記不代表已選上課程
✔ 請留意課程擋修、衝堂及學分上限規定

📌 三、第二階段登記
登記時間：7月24日（09:00）至7月26日（23:59）

提醒事項：
－ 已額滿課程可進行遞補（系統自動遞補）
－ 遞補依時間排序，同順位採亂數方式辦理
－ 選課期間請持續確認系統結果

📌 四、查詢篩選結果與退選
查詢／退選時間：
－ 第一階段結果：7月29日至8月3日（08:59止）
－ 第二階段結果：8月7日至8月9日（21:00止）

特別提醒：
⚠ 8月3日09:00起系統將自動刪除超修學分及衝堂課程（自動加選除外），請務必於8月3日13:00後再次確認選課結果。

📌 五、新學期加退選（第二階段選課）
時間：9月21日至9月29日

提醒事項：
－ 採先選先上方式（部分課程無遞補）
－ 選課截止後請再次登入系統確認最終修課資料
－ 如有問題，務必於規定期限內洽詢開課單位

📌 六、重要提醒（請務必注意）
❗ 選課漏列，即使有實際上課，學期結束仍不予登錄成績。
❗ 已選課程未完成退選且未取得成績者，該科成績將以0分計算。
❗ 請務必確認修課學分、課程衝堂及畢業門檻需求。
❗ 具有輔系、雙主修、教育學程、跨領域學程等身分同學，請依相關規定修課。

請同學務必自行掌握選課時間並定期查詢系統公告，以免影響修課權益。

Course registration for the Fall Semester of Academic Year 115 is approaching. To ensure a smooth registration process and protect your academic rights, please carefully read the following important information and schedule.

📌 1. Course Schedule Planning (Pre-arrangement)
Available from: July 15

Notes:
– The pre-arranged schedule is for planning purposes only and does NOT count as successful registration.
– Students are encouraged to plan early to avoid schedule conflicts and credit overload.

📌 2. Phase I Course Registration (Registration System)

For Undergraduate Year 3–5 and Extended-Year Students
Registration Period: July 22 (09:00–23:59)

For Undergraduate Year 2 and Graduate Students
Registration Period: July 23 (09:00–23:59)

Important Notes:
✔ Registration order does not affect selection results.
✔ Courses are selected by random allocation within the same priority group.
✔ Completing registration does not guarantee enrollment.
✔ Please review prerequisite requirements, timetable conflicts, and credit limits before registration.

📌 3. Phase II Course Registration
Registration Period: July 24 (09:00) – July 26 (23:59)

Notes:
– Full classes may enter the waiting list system automatically.
– Waiting list priority is determined by registration time; ties are resolved randomly.
– Students are advised to regularly check course registration status.

📌 4. Result Inquiry and Course Withdrawal
Result Inquiry / Withdrawal Period:
– Phase I: July 29 – August 3 (until 08:59)
– Phase II: August 7 – August 9 (until 21:00)

Special Reminder:
⚠ Starting from August 3 at 09:00, the system will automatically remove courses that exceed credit limits or have timetable conflicts (excluding system-assigned courses). Students should log in again after 13:00 to confirm final results.

📌 5. Add / Drop Period (Semester Adjustment)
Period: September 21 – September 29

Notes:
– Courses are processed on a first-come, first-served basis (some courses do not offer waiting lists).
– Please verify your final course registration after the deadline.
– Contact the course-offering department immediately if any issue occurs.

📌 6. Important Reminders
❗ Courses not listed in your official registration record will NOT receive grades, even if you attended classes.
❗ Registered courses that are not officially dropped and remain incomplete will receive a grade of zero.
❗ Please confirm your credit load, graduation requirements, and course schedules carefully.
❗ Students enrolled in double majors, minors, teacher education programs, interdisciplinary programs, or other special programs should follow relevant course regulations.

Students are responsible for checking registration schedules and announcements regularly to avoid affecting academic progress.
