吉拿富是一種原住民的特色美食,外層:假酸漿葉可以直接與內層的食物一起吞下肚,有特殊的香氣,更有幫助消化、防脹的功用
內餡有:豬肉、小米
配料有:南瓜、芋頭粉、小米粉…等
***請注意吉拿富的餡料葷食會含有豬肉,請學生欲報名時注意自己的飲食習慣與過敏原***

Indigenous specialty food -Cinavu
***About Cinavu: It is often translated into Traditional Chinese as “祈那福” (literally praying for blessing). The Paiwan wrap the millet (or glutinous rice or taro powder) and meat with leaves of the khasya trichodesma (Trichodesma calycosum).***
Ingredients of Cinavu: pork, millet, glutinous rice, pumpkin, taro powder ,etc.
